Inner conflict becomes outer conflict. That’s the thing I care about most. I help people uncover the parts of themselves they’ve pushed away, judged, or never learned how to face, so they can stop being run by them. This is shadow work, but not the kind that disappears into theory or asks for 10,000 hours of meditation. It’s direct, honest, sometimes confronting, often funny, and built to help you understand yourself in a way that actually changes how you live, relate, and choose.

This work is for people who are tired of repeating the same patterns in their relationships, reactions, choices, or sense of self. In sessions, we look at what’s happening underneath the surface, find the root of it, and work with it directly rather than circling the symptom.
